UH, I WANNA USE MY TIME TO SHARE AN OPPORTUNITY TO IMPROVE THE CHARACTER OF DUBLIN'S HISTORIC DISTRICT, SPECIFICALLY THE CHARACTER OF SOUTH RIVERVIEW STREET.
LAST YEAR, THE CITY BURIED THE UTILITIES IMMEDIATELY TO THE WEST OF SOUTH RIVERVIEW.
THOSE FOR SOUTH BLACKSMITH LANE AND SOUTH HIGH STREET, OUR STREET WAS NOT INCLUDED AND IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT IS DUE TO THE GEOLOGICAL NATURE OF OUR GROUND.
HAVING AN EXTREMELY HIGH CONTENT OF ROCK BORING THROUGH THE ROCK WOULD BE TOO COSTLY.
IT'S UNFORTUNATE, BUT IT MAKES SENSE.
UM, FAST FORWARD TO DECEMBER, MY NEIGHBORS ASKED ME TO REACH OUT TO ULTA FIBER AS THE COMPANY MARKED UTILITY LOCATIONS OUT FRONT OF THE HOMES OF SOUTH RIVERVIEW STREET.
THERE WAS CONFUSION ABOUT THE EXTENT OF THE WORK AND IF THERE WOULD BE REMEDIATION.
I REACHED OUT TO ULTA FIBER AND WAS INFORMED BY THE INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR JIMMY ROLAND, THAT ALTA FIBER IS BEARING FIBER CABLE IN THE AREA AND THAT THE COMPANY WOULD REPAIR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE PROPERTY DURING INSTALLATION.
HE ALSO ADDED THAT THE INSTALLATION INITIALLY WAS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN IN DECEMBER, BUT WAS GOING TO BE PUSHED BACK TO SPRING.
THE REASON THE MACHINERY COULD NOT GET THROUGH THE ROCK PRESENT ON SOUTH RIVERVIEW STREET, THE COMPANY NEEDS TO BRING IN HEAVY, BORING MACHINERY, AND THERE'S A THREE TO FOUR MONTH WAIT LIST FOR THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT.
WHEN I HEARD THIS INFORMATION, I THOUGHT IT PROVIDES A CHANCE TO DO WHAT COULD NOT BE DONE LAST YEAR.
IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT AS A LONGSTANDING POLICY OF THE CITY, THAT WHEN OPPORTUNITIES ARISE TO LAY UNDERGROUND WIRING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE UNDERGROUND BURIALS, THAT IT WOULD BE CONSIDERED.

IN RECENT MONTHS, WE'VE SEEN SIGNIFICANT ESCALATIONS IN ICE RAIDS, INCLUDING HERE IN CENTRAL OHIO, AS WELL AS OUR CITY OF DUBLIN.
THESE ACTIONS DRIVEN BY ANTI-IMMIGRANT SENTIMENT HAVE CAUSED FEAR AND DISTRESS IN OUR COMMUNITIES, TEARING FAMILIES APART IN DESTABILIZING NEIGHBORHOODS.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES HAS REPEATEDLY USED BIGOTED, DEROGATORY AND LANGUAGE TOWARD IMMIGRANT COMMUNITIES, EFFECTIVELY MARKING THEM AS TARGETS.
WHILE ICE CLAIMS TO BE UPHOLDING IMMIGRATION LAW, ITS ACTIONS HAVE REPEATEDLY UNDERMINED THE RULE OF LAW AND VIOLATED CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTIONS.
IN JUST THE PAST MONTH, ICE HAS ATTEMPTED TO DETAIN US CITIZENS WITHOUT PROBABLE CAUSE.
A LOS ANGELES COUNTY JUDGE FOUND SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE THAT ICE HAS VIOLATED THE FOURTH AMENDMENT BY RELYING ON RACE, LANGUAGE, AND OCCUPATION TO ESTABLISH REASONABLE SUSPICION.
IN MINNESOTA, AGENTS HAVE ENGAGED IN WARRANTLESS ARRESTS AND RACIAL PROFILING.
NOW, ICE IS OPERATING IN OUR CITY.
LAST DECEMBER ALONE, ICE DETAINED MORE THAN 214 PEOPLE IN COLUMBUS, INCLUDING US CITIZENS, AND THOSE WHO ARE LEGALLY, UH, LE WHO THOSE WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS.
FOR A CITY THAT PRIDES ITSELF ON DIVERSITY, THIS HAS UNDERSTANDABLY SPREAD FEAR THROUGHOUT IMMIGRANT AND MINORITY COMMUNITIES.
HERE IN DUBLIN, THE IMPACT IS CLEAR.
AT DUBLIN SCIOTO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ORGANIZED A WALKOUT AFTER AN ICE ARREST OCCURRED NEAR THE HIGH SCHOOL, DEMONSTRATING HOW DEEPLY THESE ACTIONS AFFECT YOUNG PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY.
WHEN RESIDENTS HAVE ATTEMPTED TO SPEAK OUT AGAINST THESE ABUSES, THE CONSEQUENCES HAVE BEEN SEVERE.
IN MINNEAPOLIS, A US DISTRICT JUDGE WAS COMPELLED TO RESTRICT ICE FROM ARRESTING OR RETALIATING AGAINST PEACEFUL PROTESTORS.
THESE ACTIONS ARE ERODING PUBLIC TRUST IN LAW ENFORCEMENT.
AS CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS, YOU UP TOOK, YOU TOOK AN OATH TO UPHOLD AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION.
WHEN FEDERAL AGENTS VIOLATE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, WE MUST TAKE ACTION TO UPHOLD THEM.
WHILE I WOULD HAVE LOVED FOR MY CITY OF DUBLIN TO BE FIRST, WHICH I'M PROUD AS FIRST IN MANY THINGS, THE CITY OF WORTHINGTON HAS BEAT US TO ACTION RECENTLY PASSING A RESOLUTION, CONDEMNING RACISM, AFFIRMING THE IMPORTANCE OF IMMIGRANTS TO THEIR COMMUNITY, AND ACKNOWLEDGING THE FEAR ICE HAS CREATED.
THEY REAFFIRMED THEIR IDENTITY AS A WELCOMING CITY.
PASSING A SIMILAR RESOLUTION IS HOW WE CAN TAKE A STAND AND SUPPORT OUR CITY, OUR NEIGHBORS, AND OUR COMMUNITY, AND OUR STUDENTS.

CONSTRUCTION IS EXPECTED TO COMMENCE IN MARCH, 2026 WITH AN ANTICIPATED COMPLETION DATE OF LATE 2026 OR EARLY 2027.
STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THIS RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETE GENERAL CONSTRUCTIONS BID AS LOWEST AND BEST.

A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF VARIOUS TYPES OF MICRO MOBILITY DEVICES SEEN IN USE AROUND DUBLIN WILL ALSO BE PROVIDED.
THE EXISTING CODE PROVISIONS WILL BE REVIEWED BY JOE, UH, RELATIVE TO MICRO MOBILITY DEVICES, AS WELL AS THE DRAFT CODE REVISIONS THEMSELVES.
AGAIN, THE ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS WILL BE OUTLINED AND THEN WE WILL BE SEEKING SOME COUNCIL FEEDBACK.
SO COUNCIL ADOPTED RESOLUTION 25 29 25 ON APRIL 21ST, 2025, WHICH EXTENDED THE MICRO MOBILITY PILOT PROGRAM FOR AN ADDITIONAL 12 MONTH PERIOD, CONCLUDING ON JUNE 1ST, 2026.
AT THAT TIME, COUNCIL DID DIRECT STAFF TO ENSURE THAT WE BROUGHT FORWARD MICRO MOBILITY CODE REVISION SO THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO CONTINUE BY RESOLUTION SUSPENDING CODE TO ALLOW THE OPERATIONS OF THESE DEVICES, WHICH IS WHY WE ARE HERE TONIGHT.
UH, DURING THE EXTENSION STAFF HAS ADVANCED COUNCIL'S DIRECTION TO UPDATE THE CITY CODE AND REGARDING THE, UH, OPERATION AND REGULATIONS OF MICRO MOBILITY DEVICES.
AND WITH THIS, I WOULD LIKE TO TURN OVER THE PRESENTATION TO JOE SO HE CAN REVIEW, UM, THE EXISTING CODE AND, UM, THE, UH, PROPOSED DRAFT CODE.
ALRIGHT, SO WE'LL START WITH THE EXISTING CODE AND WHAT THE CODE ALREADY CONTEMPLATES.
SO THIS WHAT THESE WERE DRAFTED SEVERAL YEARS AGO BEFORE MANY OF THESE NEW DEVICES CAME ON THE MARKET.
FIRST AND FOREMOST IS E-BIKES.
SO CURRENT CODE LARGELY MIRRORS STATE CODE ON E-BIKES, HAS A LOT OF SPECIFIC DEFINITIONS.
AS YOU CAN SEE, THERE ARE ABOUT THREE COMPONENTS TO A DEFINITION, UM, IN TURN INCLUDING SPEED, WATTAGE, AND WHAT TYPE OF ASSIST IS AVAILABLE ON THE BIKE.
UM, AND THERE'S NOT GONNA BE A TON OF CHANGES WITH THIS SECTION AS WELL SINCE STATE CODE DOES A PRETTY GOOD JOB OF DISCUSSING THAT.
AND ONE IMPORTANT PART WITH THIS IS BECAUSE DIFFERENT CLASSES OF E-BIKES CAN GET A LITTLE CONFUSING.
THE BENEFIT IS THAT UNDER CURRENT CODE AND UNDER STATE CODE MANUFACTURERS ARE REQUIRED TO LABEL THE E-BIKES WITH HOW THEY'RE CLASSIFIED.
UM, AND WITHOUT STATE CODE DOING THAT, IT WOULD BE A LITTLE MORE DIFFICULT TO CLASSIFY DIFFERENT E-BIKES AND WHAT CAN AND CANNOT BE USED ON SIDEWALKS.
UM, MOVING ON TO MINI MOTORCYCLES.

SO UNDER CURRENT CODE, THEY ARE PROHIBITED, BUT IT'S A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO FIND.IT'S BURIED IN AN ALL-PURPOSE VEHICLE SECTION AND THERE'S REALLY ONLY ONE MENTION OF A MINI BIKE AT ALL.
DOESN'T, IT'S A LITTLE HARD TO CLARIFY WHERE THEY CAN AND CANNOT BE RIDDEN EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE PROHIBITED EVERYWHERE ONCE YOU GET THROUGH ALL OF THE CODE FOR THAT.
AND MOVING ON TO SUMMER VISION.
SO STARTING WITH WHERE WE CURRENTLY ARE WITH MICRO MOBILITY, BECAUSE THERE IS NO MICRO MOBILITY SPECIFIC SECTION OF THE CODE, WE RELY ON STATE CODE, WHICH IS A, IT'S A LITTLE THIN IN TERMS OF WHAT THEY ARE REGULATING AND WHAT THEY ALLOW THE CITY TO REGULATE, WHICH GIVES US AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE A LITTLE MORE CUSTOMIZABLE WITH WHAT WE CAN DO.
UM, SO STARTING WITH THE DEFINITION, SO THERE IS A TECHNICAL DEFINITION OF THE MICRO MOBILITY DEVICE THAT WE ARE PROPOSING IN TERMS OF POWER, MAXIMUM SPEED CAPABILITY WITH THE MOTOR ASSIST, UM, AND THE AMOUNT OF WHEELS ON THERE.
SOME GENERAL OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS IN TERMS OF WHERE YOU CAN AND CANNOT RIDE THE MOST IMPORTANT OF WHICH WOULD BE A HELMET PROVISION, UM, REQUIRING HELMETS UNTIL YOU'RE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD.
SPECIFIC PARKING REQUIREMENTS WHERE OTHER CITIES AROUND CENTRAL OHIO HAVE HAD TROUBLE WHERE THESE DEVICES ARE BEING PARKED, BLOCKING A DA RAMPS ON SIDEWALKS, BLOCKING SIDEWALKS IN GENERAL.
THIS LAYS OUT SOME PRETTY BASIC PROVISIONS OF WHERE YOU CAN AND CANNOT PARK, UM, WHERE THEY CAN BE OPERATED.
SO GENERALLY THESE ARE GOING TO BE OPERATED ON STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND SHARED USE PADS 'CAUSE THEY HAVE A CAPPED SPEED.
UM, AND THEN FLEET OPERATORS, WE ALSO ADDED A CODE PROVISION FOR THAT.
THAT IS A PRETTY THIN CODE SECTION BECAUSE MOST OF THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, GEOFENCING, ALL OF THAT GOOD STUFF IS GONNA BE IN THE CONTRACT WITH THE ACTUAL PROVIDER.
SO FOR EXAMPLE, VO HAS A PRETTY COMPREHENSIVE CONTRACT OUTLINING THEIR REGULATIONS THAT WE'RE HOLDING THEM TO, TO GET THE PERMIT.
WELL, AT THE SAME TIME, IT ENSURES THAT A FLEET OPERATOR CAN'T COME IN UNDER THE DARK OF NIGHT AND JUST START OPERATING IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN.

BUT IT'S A LOT CLEARER WHERE WE'RE GOING TO SPECIFICALLY PUT IT IN ITS STANDALONE PROVISION.
MINIATURE MOTORCYCLES ARE BANNED.
UM, PARENT ACCOUNTABILITY, ANOTHER ELEMENT THAT A LOT OF CENTRAL OHIO MUNICIPALITIES HAVE THAT DUBLIN CURRENTLY DOESN'T, WHERE ADDING THE ADDED ELEMENT OF HOLDING PARENTS ACCOUNTABLE FROM PREVENTING THEIR CHILDREN FROM OPERATING THESE DEVICES IN A RECKLESS MANNER SHOULD HOPEFULLY INCREASE COMPLIANCE AMONGST THE YOUNGER CROWD AS WELL.
AND THEN ENFORCEMENT, WHICH I KNOW, UH, DEPUTY CHIEF TAVERNA CAN DISCUSS AS WELL WITH A LAIRD PENALTY SYSTEM.

AND THEN AGAIN, ADDS CLARITY AND CAN BE COMPLIMENTED WITH THE EDUCATIONAL PIECE, WHICH I KNOW JEANNIE WILL TALK ABOUT HERE.

SO WE DID CONDUCT OUR, UM, MICRO MOBILITY PROPOSED CODE AMENDMENT SURVEY FROM DECEMBER 12TH THROUGH DECEMBER 28TH, 2025, RECEIVING 312 RESPONSES TO GAUGE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF MICRO MOBILITY DEVICES AND SUPPORT FOR POTENTIAL REGULATORY CHANGES.

INDICATE THAT MOST RESPONDENTS ARE VERY OR SOMEWHAT FAMILIAR WITH MICRO MOBILITY DEVICES, AND THAT THERE IS STRONG OVERALL SUPPORT FOR ENHANCED SAFETY MEASURES, PARTICULARLY FOR CLEARER RULES AND TARGETED RESTRICTIONS.UH, ABOUT 86% SUPPORT FROM THE RESPONDENTS YOUTH SAFETY EMERGED AS A KEY PRIORITY WITH STRONG SUPPORT FOR HELMET REQUIREMENTS, UM, AROUND 88% AND FOR PARENTS AND FOR HOLDING PARENTS AND GUARDIANS ACCOUNTABLE WHEN MINORS ARE KNOWINGLY ALLOWED TO RIDE UNSAFELY.
ABOUT 78% OF THE RESPONDENTS AGREED WITH THAT RESPONDENTS OVERWHELMINGLY SUPPORTED MAINTAINING THE EXISTING BAN ON MINIATURE MOTORCYCLES.
OVER 93% OF RESPONDENTS SAID YES, THEY AGREE.
THERE WERE A FEW COMMON CONCERNS THAT OUR, UM, RESIDENTS SHARED, INCLUDING SPEED DIFFERENTIALS, YOUTH BEHAVIOR, AND ENFORCEMENT CHALLENGES ON SHARED USE PATHS ALONGSIDE A CLEAR CALL FOR SIMPLER, MORE UNDERSTANDABLE REGULATION.
AGAIN, THE SURVEY RESULTS INDICATE, UM, BROAD COMMUNITY SUPPORT FOR REVISING THE CITY'S MICRO MOBILITY REGULATIONS TO IMPROVE, UH, SAFETY AND CLARITY.
SO MOVING ON TO THE EDUCATION PLAN, UH, WE KNOW THAT A STRONG CLEAR EDUCATION PLAN WILL BE CRITICAL TO THE SUCCESS OF OUR MICRO MOBILITY REGULATIONS.
SO AS PART OF OUR BROADER MO MICRO MOBILITY INITIATIVE, STAFF HAS DEVELOPED AN EDUCATION STRATEGY TO ENHANCE PEDESTRIAN SAFETY AND CLEARLY COMMUNICATE THE CITY'S EXPECTATIONS FOR THE SAFE AND LEGAL O UM, OPERATION OF MICRO MOBILITY DEVICES AND OTHER SIMILAR DEVICES.

COUNCIL DISCUSSED CANOPY HEALTH, INVASIVE SPECIES MANAGEMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY, AND THE IMPORTANCE OF COORDINATED FORESTRY AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS TO SUPPORT CANOPY HEALTH.
OVER TIME, THE DISCUSSION THEN SHIFTED TO HOA COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE, WHICH EXCEEDS THE SCOPE OF THE CITY OWNED WOODLOCK MAINTENANCE PROGRAM.
STAFF EXPLAINED THAT HOA MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR COMMON AREAS HAVE HISTORICALLY BEEN DETERMINED THROUGH DEVELOPMENT NEGOTIATIONS RESULTING IN VARYING ARRANGEMENTS ACROSS NEIGHBORHOODS.

UH, THROUGH VOLUNTARY EASEMENTS, THE CITY MAINTAINED REQUIRED SCREENING FOR PARTICIPATING PROPERTIES, UM, REDUCING THE NEED FOR INDIVIDUAL CODE ENFORCEMENT.
OF THE 31 AFFECTED PROPERTIES, 25 OF THOSE PARTICIPATED IN THE PROGRAM.
AND THIS CITY HAS SINCE REMOVED DEN TREES AND REPLANTED TWO CODE STANDARDS WITH GENERALLY, UH, POSITIVE RESIDENT FEEDBACK.
COUNCIL ALSO DISCUSSED EXPANDING THE PROGRAM TO OTHER CORRIDORS, INCLUDING FRANCE ROAD, EMERALD PARKWAY, DUBLIN ROAD, AND KAUFMAN ROAD, NOTING THAT THESE NEEDS, UH, THESE ARE NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED.
AGING CORRIDORS, UM, CORRIDOR LANDSCAPE, UM, ON A CITYWIDE BASIS.
CITY COUNCIL ALSO EMPHASIZED THE IMPORTANCE OF CLEAR COMMUNICATION SENSITIVITY TO ESTABLISHED, UH, NEIGHBORHOODS, AND THE PREFERENCE FOR VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE FOR, UM, ANY ONGOING PROGRAMS. ALSO EXPRESSED WAS THE INTERESTED IN FOCUSING NEXT STEPS, UH, ON FRANCE ROAD DUE TO THE PLANNED INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS IN THAT AREA, UH, FEWER FA UH, SINGLE FAMILY PROPERTIES AND EXISTING LANDSCAPE PLANS.
COUNCIL REQUESTED VARIOUS CORRIDOR ASSESSMENTS INCLUDING VISUAL DOCUMENTATION AND ORIGINAL PLANTING REQUIREMENTS TO SUPPORT THOSE FUTURE DECISIONS.

I HAVE JUST TWO ITEMS I WANTED TO HIGHLIGHT.
ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 4TH FROM SIX 30 TO SEVEN 30, WE WILL HOST A PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING FOR THE PARK PLACE STORMWATER BASIN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.
THIS PROJECT WILL IMPROVE THE EDGES OF THE PARK PLACE STORM STORMWATER POND, WHICH IS LOCATED NORTH OF MONTICELLO LANE.
THE IMPROVEMENTS WILL REDUCE EROSION AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE POND AND IT WILL ALSO ENHANCE ITS APPEARANCE FOLLOWING A PREVIOUS WATER LEVEL ADJUSTMENT THAT WAS NEEDED TO ADDRESS UPSTREAM STORMWATER MANAGEMENT NEEDS.
SO I KNOW THE RESIDENTS IN THAT AREA ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO THE AESTHETIC IMPROVEMENTS THAT WILL COME ALONG WITH THAT PROJECT.
AND THIS MEETING IS TO PROVIDE AN OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT, IT'S TIMELINE AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS SINCE IT IS, UM, A VERY VISIBLE FEATURE THAT WILL BE UNDERGOING CONSTRUCTION.

AND WE GOT TO SEE, UH, TRUSTEE HARRIS AND KRAN STU SWORN BACK IN FOR THEIR NEW TERMS. AND ALSO, UM, FISCAL OFFICER MELODY WAS SWORN IN AS WELL.
SO WE LOOK FORWARD TO ANOTHER GOOD YEAR WITH PARTNERING WITH WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, AND YOU'LL BE HEARING UPDATES FROM COUNCILMAN JOHNSON GOING FORWARD.

SO IN THE MUSEUM'S FIRST YEAR OF BEING OPEN, WE HAD 5,043 VISITORS WHO SIGNED OUR VISITOR LOG OR WE, OR ENTERED IN.
SO THEY CAME FROM 42 STATES AND 23 COUNTRIES.
SO THAT, THAT WAS A GREAT NUMBER.
AND JUST FYI FOR JANUARY AND FEBRUARY, THE MUSEUM IS OPEN FROM 12 TO FOUR ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS.
AND STARTING MARCH WE WILL OPEN BACK UP ON FRIDAYS FROM 12 TO FOUR AS WELL.

ON THE 15TH, I DID ATTEND THE OHIO MAYORS ALLIANCE, UH, MEETING THAT WAS VIRTUAL.
AND, UH, A LOT OF THAT CONVERSATION IS AROUND, UH, THE FUTURE OF TAX IN THE STATE AND HOW CITIES WILL RESPOND TO EDUCATING THE PUBLIC OF WHAT THE IMPLICATIONS WOULD BE, SHOULD THAT, SHOULD THERE BE BALLOT INITIATIVES AND SHOULD THEY BE SUCCESSFUL.
SO WE WILL CONTINUE, HOPEFULLY, AS A COUNCIL TO HAVE CONVERSATIONS ABOUT EDUCATING OUR PUBLIC, UM, AS THOSE PICTURES BECOME MORE CLEAR.
AND I TOO HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND THIS SUNDAY SUPPER ON SUNDAY NIGHT IN HONOR OF DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING.
UM, IT, IT IS A, IT WAS A REALLY GREAT TIME TO BE TOGETHER.
I, I THINK WHAT THAT, UM, THE, THE CONVERSATION ON MENTAL HEALTH REALLY SOLIDIFIED THE WORK THAT WE HAVE TO, WE HAVE YET TO DO IN THE COMMUNITY.
UM, CERTAINLY THAT IS NOT WORK THAT WILL EVER BE DONE, BUT IT DID HIGHLIGHT THAT WE, UM, NEED TO CONTINUE TO LEAN INTO THAT AND PRESS FORWARD BECAUSE CERTAINLY THERE IS STILL MUCH TO DO.
AND RELATIVE TO THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY, I WALKED BY THERE THE OTHER DAY AND, UH, I THINK THE NEW ENTRANCE INTO THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY WILL REALLY DRIVE ATTENDANCE EVEN HIGHER NEXT YEAR BECAUSE IT WAS A VERY AWKWARD WAY TO ENTER THE BUILDING.
AND NOW THAT THEY'RE PUTTING IN, UH, SOME NEW SIDEWALKS AND NEW ENTRY INTO THE BUILDING, IT CERTAINLY WILL BE MORE WELCOME, WELCOMING, AND ACCESSIBLE.
SO CONGRATULATIONS ON THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY COMPLETING, UM, ALL THE WORK IT TAKES TO DO THAT.
