I KNOW I KNOW ALL OF YOU ALREADY, BUT I WANTED TO ALSO INTRODUCE JIM WILSON, WHO'S OUR OPERATIONS DIRECTOR, WHO A LOT OF YOU KNOW ALREADY AS WELL. UH, A LOT OF, UH, DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONS AND EVEN INDIVIDUALS, UH, HOLD FOOD DRIVES, UH, THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, BUT NONE IS AS BIG AS THE IRISH FESTIVAL. UH, SO THIS YEAR AT THE IRISH FESTIVAL, UH, WAS PRETTY HUGE. WE HAD FOR GOOD WEATHER, UH, WHICH WE WERE FORTUNATE FOR. UH, WE PICKED UP, UH, 20,000 POUNDS OF FOOD, WHICH I THINK IS PRETTY AMAZING. WOW. UH, AND IN ADDITION TO THAT, WE COLLECTED OVER $16,000. SO IT WAS, UH, A VERY GOOD YEAR THIS YEAR. UM, WE TYPICALLY, LAST YEAR WE DISTRIBUTED OVER 850,000 POUNDS OF FOOD. UH, AND IT'S THANKS TO FOOD DRIVES, UH, LIKE THE IRISH FESTIVAL THAT WE'RE ABLE TO DO THAT. SO WE'RE SUPER GRATEFUL. UH, WE'VE ALSO HAD A LOT OF DELIVERIES FROM THE GIVING GARDEN. UH, SO WE, THAT GIVES US MORE FRESH PRODUCE TO BE ABLE TO GIVE TO FOLKS. UH, FRESH PRODUCE IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT HAS A, SUCH A HUGE IMPACT ON HEALTH OUTCOMES. UH, SO I WANTED TO COME BY PERSONALLY AND SAY THANKS. THANK YOU. SO JIM DOES ALL THE WORK ON THE IRISH FESTIVAL, SO I WANTED TO MAKE SURE. AND HE DOES ALL THE INTERACTION WITH ALL THE CITY STAFF. WE ARE ALSO GONNA HAVE A CITY'S LEADERSHIP STAFF TO THE PANTRY DOING SOME VOLUNTEER WORK IN IN DECEMBER. AND LET'S SEE WHAT, OH YES, THE GOOD NEIGHBOR DAY IS ON, UM, SEPTEMBER 28TH. THERE'S A LOT OF, THERE'S A COUPLE ORGANIZATIONS IN TOWN WHO ARE GOING TO BE CELEBRATING THEIR 50TH ANNIVERSARY, AND WE'RE GONNA BE ONE OF THEM NEXT YEAR. I KNOW THE CHAMBER JUST CELEBRATED THEIR 50TH SI THINK, UM, CELEBRATING THEIR 50TH THIS YEAR. SO A LOT WAS GOING ON 50 YEARS AGO TO RECOGNIZE THAT WE NEEDED TO SUPPORT, UM, OUR RESIDENTS. UM, YOU ALL KNOW THAT WE SERVE ALL OF THE EIGHT, UM, ZIP CODES IN THE, IN THE DUBLIN CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT. AND 4 0 3 1 7 IS OUR HIGHEST VOLUME AND HAS BEEN FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. I DID SEND ALL OF YOU, UM, THE, UM, IMPACT REPORT FROM LAST YEAR, ALL OF OUR DATA, SO I WON'T GO OVER THAT, BUT I JUST WANNA MAKE SURE THAT WE'VE, WE FOCUS ON THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN THAT WE SERVED LAST YEAR, UM, 3,900 CHILDREN PLUS, AND WE'RE STARTING TO DO SOME OTHER WORK WITH TRYING TO GET OUTREACH WITH US WITH THE DUBLIN CITY SCHOOLS THAT I'LL TALK ABOUT IN A SECOND. BUT, UM, YOU HAVE THAT DATA AND IT'S PRETTY IMPRESSIVE. I'VE BEEN HERE FOR A YEAR NOW AND, UM, I KNOW IT'S BEEN A YEAR. IT WENT FAST. AND, UM, I'M JUST CONTINUE TO BE IMPRESSED AND, UM, WITH HOW MUCH SUPPORT WE'RE GETTING FROM THE COMMUNITY, FROM DIFFERENT SEGMENTS OF THE COMMUNITY. IT'S JUST AMAZING AND REALLY, UM, IT'S HEARTWARMING. I THINK HUNGER IS A VERY UNIFYING ISSUE, YOU KNOW? NO, EVERYBODY AGREES THAT IT'S IMPORTANT. THIS JUST IS A, IS SOME INFORMATION ABOUT OUR 4 3 0 1 6 AND 4 3 0 1 7 IMPACT AND DATA AND NUMBERS AND JUST, YOU KNOW, DEMONSTRATING KIND OF THE INCREASE IN BOTH AREAS THAT WE'RE SEEING. AND WE'VE BEEN DOING A LOT MORE INTENTIONAL OUTREACH INTO THOSE AREAS OF THE COMMUNITY AND WORKING WITH THE SCHOOL DISTRICT AND OTHER COMMUNITY PARTNERS. UM, WE ARE DOING SOME HEAT MAPPING OF THE, OF THE FOLKS THAT WE'RE SERVING AND THEIR ADDRESSES. AND WE'LL BE ABLE TO SHARE THAT WITH YOU PROBABLY IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS. UM, 'CAUSE I KNOW THAT'S BEEN A QUESTION THAT FOLKS HAVE HAD AND WE HAVEN'T HAD THAT DATA UNTIL NOW. SO WE'LL BE SHARING THAT WITH YOU SOON. AND THEN JUST WANTED TO SHARE SOME NEW PROGRAMMING THAT WE'VE BEEN ABLE, ABLE TO DO THIS YEAR. WE'VE REALLY FOCUSING ON FOOD IS MEDICINE, AND WE'VE BEEN LOOKING AT THE INTEGRATION BETWEEN, YOU KNOW, HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO TIE AND INTEGRATE, UM, YOU KNOW, PRIMARY CARE AND ACCESS TO FOOD. AND WE FOUND A GREAT PARTNER IN THAT. SO THE, UM, DUBLIN METHODIST FAMILY MEDICINE RESIDENCY CLINIC HAS BEEN PARTNERING WITH US BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY DO THE, THE CLINICS, THE, THE, UH, HEALTH CLINICS AT THE SCHOOL IN THE SCHOOL DISTRICT. AND SO, UM, THEY WERE VERY INTERESTED IN HELPING US KIND OF FIGURE OUT HOW WE WOULD DO SOMETHING THAT WAS MORE INTEGRATED. AND SO THEY ACTUALLY, WE'VE BEEN DOING SOME POPUP PANTRIES IN COLLABORATION WITH THEM AND THE CI AND THE DUBLIN CITY SCHOOLS. THE SCHOOLS GET THE WORD OUT TO THE PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS, AND THEN WE POP UP AND WE PROVIDE, UM, WE PROVIDE, UH, PRODUCE AND OTHER HEALTHY FOOD TO STUDENTS AND FAMILIES. UM, SO IT'S JUST ANOTHER WAY THAT WE'RE DOING OUTREACH IN THE COMMUNITY WHERE WE ARE NOT EXPECTING FOLKS TO JUST NOT JUST COME TO THE PANTRY, BUT THAT'S NOT THE ONLY OPTION FOR THEM. AND THEN THE OTHER THING THAT WE'VE BEEN DOING WITH THEM, THEY HAVE THE, UM, ATHLETIC TRAINING CONTRACT WITH THE, UM, DUBLIN CITY SCHOOLS AS WELL. AND SO, UM, THEY IDENTIFIED THE TRAINERS AND THE COACHES IDENTIFIED ATHLETIC OR ATHLETES WHO DID NOT HAVE LIKE A SNACK OR SOMETHING TO DRINK OR EAT BETWEEN THE END OF SCHOOL AND, AND THE PRACTICE. AND IT WAS IMPACTING THEIR PERFORMANCE. AND SO WE ARE QUIETLY PROVIDING FRUIT AND HEALTHY SNACKS IN COLLABORATION WITH THE TRAINERS, THE COACHES, AND, UM, AT, UH, DUBLIN IOTA SELLS AND DAVIS MIDDLE SCHOOL. SO JUST ANOTHER WAY TO OUTREACH SOME OF THE CHALLENGE THAT WE'VE, UM, WE'RE, THAT WE'RE FACING RIGHT NOW, ALL OF YOU KNOW THAT THE, THE STATE, UM, HAD BUDGET HAD SOME BUDGET CUTS FOR, FOR FOOD PANTRIES OR F AND SO THE MID OHIO FOOD COLLECTIVE HAD SOME SIGNIFICANT CUTS. AND THAT'S BEEN, YOU KNOW, TRICKLING DOWN TO THE LOCAL PANTRIES. UM, AND WE'VE BEEN ON PAUSE FOR OUR SHOP THROUGHS IN JULY AND AUGUST. THEY'VE OPENED THAT BACK UP A LITTLE BIT AND WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO GO BACK AND THAT'S A, A BIG AREA WHERE WE GET A HIGH VOLUME OF PRODUCE. AND SO WE'VE BEEN HAVING TO KIND OF SOURCE PRODUCE IN OTHER WAYS. AND JIM HAS REALLY DONE A NICE JOB OF WORKING WITH VOLUNTEERS AND DONORS TO, TO TRY TO GET MORE PRODUCE IN, IN SOME DIFFERENT AND MORE CREATIVE WAYS. SO, UM, AND THEN WE'RE WAITING FOR THE FEDERAL CUTS TO COME AND WE'RE NOT QUITE SURE HOW THAT'S GOING TO, THAT'S GOING TO IMPACT, UM, OUR CUSTOMERS. BUT YOU'VE ALL PROBABLY READ ABOUT THE SNAP AND MEDICAID CUTS. THERE'S CONSIDERABLE CUTS IN THE FEDERAL BUD, BUD [00:10:01] BUDGET, AND A LOT OF OUR, OUR, UM, UM, CUSTOMERS RELY ON SNAP. AND SO, UM, WE'LL BE LOOKING AT THAT AND SEEING HOW WE NEED TO PIVOT WHEN THAT HITS. AND THEN JUST ACTION PLANNING. OBVIOUSLY WE'RE NOT SITTING AROUND GOING, OH, WOE IS ME. THESE THINGS ARE COMING. I MEAN, WE ARE USED TO DOING STRATEGIC PLANNING. OUR BOARD HAS BEEN REALLY GOOD ABOUT WORKING WITH US TO CREATE SOME DIFFERENT WAYS FOR US TO BRING IN MORE A MORE REVENUE. ONE WAS WE CREATED A, A LEGACY GIVING SOCIETY THAT WE'RE WORKING ON AND GETTING AND OUTREACHING OUT TO FOLKS TO LET THEM KNOW THAT WE'RE, UM, THAT WE HAVE THIS AS AN OPTION. WE ALSO CREATED AN ENDOWMENT ACCOUNT AT THE COLUMBUS FOUNDATION. SO THAT'S ANOTHER WAY THAT WE CAN, UM, INTERACT WITH DONORS THAT WE HAVE AND IN THE PAST. SO FOR THE LAST 49 YEARS, WE HAVEN'T HAD THOSE TWO OPTIONS, AND NOW WE DO. SO THAT'S GOOD. AND THEN, UM, WE HAVE INCREASED OUR GRANT WRITING AND OTHER WAYS OF SOURCING, UM, YOU KNOW, DIFFERENT KINDS OF REVENUE. SO WE'RE REALLY TRYING TO GET CREATIVE AND LOOK, GET OUT THERE AND TALK TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS WE CAN. AND THEN WE'VE, UM, REALLY INCREASED OUR OUTREACH WITH PROSPECTIVE DONORS AND, AND LOOKED AT DIFFERENT WAYS OF BRINGING IN MORE RESOURCES SO THAT WE CAN FEED PEOPLE. UM, 'CAUSE THAT'S OUR GOAL. SO THAT IS IT. I WANTED TO SCOOT THROUGH THAT QUICKLY. IT'S BEEN A GREAT YEAR. UM, WE FELT VERY SUPPORTED BY ALL OF YOU. THIS EVENING IS THE RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR THE ARLINGTON PARK DRAINAGE BASIN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT. UM, WANTED TO PROVIDE A LITTLE BIT OF BACKGROUND ON THE NEED FOR THIS PROJECT. AND I KNOW THIS IS SIMILAR INFORMATION FROM WHEN I WAS BEFORE YOU A COUPLE MONTHS AGO AS PART OF THE, UM, THE ORDINANCES FOR EASEMENT ACQUISITIONS FOR THIS PROJECT. BUT I FELT LIKE THIS WAS IMPORTANT TO REITERATE. UM, THE BRAND ROAD, PEDESTRIAN TUNNEL, WHICH IS LOCATED EAST OF THE BRAND ROAD IN BRISTOL PARKWAY INTERSECTION AND NORTH OF THE ARLINGTON PARK DRAINAGE BASIN, HAS EXPERIENCED REPEATED STORMWATER FLOODING OVER THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS. THE CITY OF DUBLIN HAS CONCERNS WITH THIS FREQUENT FLOODING CONDITION AND ITS IMPACTS ON PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY. AND THEN THE PHOTO THAT'S SHOWN ON THE SLIDE, UM, THAT WAS TAKEN DURING A STORM EVENT THAT FLOODED THE BRAIN ROAD PEDESTRIAN TUNNEL. SO IN 20, UH, 23. AND THIS IS REALLY BASED ON A SIGNIFICANT RAIN EVENT THAT HAD OCCURRED LABOR DAY IN 2022, WHICH AFTER FURTHER ANALYSIS OF THAT, THAT WAS ACTUALLY A HUNDRED YEAR STORM EVENT, UM, THE CITY CONTRACTED WITH EMH AND T TO PERFORM AN INVESTIGATION AND DETERMINED THE CAUSE OF THIS FREQUENT FLOODING CONDITION. AS A RESULT OF THIS INVESTIGATION, THE CITY IDENTIFIED THE ARLINGTON PARK DRAINAGE BASIN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT TO IMPROVE PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY BY DECREASING THE FREQUENCY IN WHICH THE RAILROAD PEDESTRIAN TUNNEL FLOODS. UM, SO SOME DETAILS ON KIND OF THE PROJECT SCOPE. AS THE PROJECT WILL ADJUST THE FLOOD ROUTING OF THE DRAINAGE BASIN, AN EARLY ARLINGTON PARK SHOWN ON THE SLIDE AWAY FROM THE PEDESTRIAN TUNNEL. IT WILL ALSO RAISE THE EMBANKMENT ON THE NORTH END OF THE BASIN AND REGRADE AROUND THE BASIN PERIMETER TO INCREASE STORAGE CAPACITY. THIS WILL ALLOW FOR THE DRAINAGE BASIN TO FULLY CONTAIN THE A HUNDRED YEAR STORM EVENT. THE PROJECT WILL ALSO INCREASE THE STORM PIPE OUTLET FROM THE DRAINAGE BASIN FROM A 24 INCH TO A 36 INCH PIPE. UH, THE, THE PROJECT WILL ALSO CREATE A BERM ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BRAND ROAD TO REDUCE THE FREQUENCY OF THE BRAND ROAD PEDESTRIAN TUNNEL FLOODS FROM NORTH FORK INDIAN RUN. THE CITY OF DUBLIN WAS AWARDED $468,000 IN GRANT FUNDING FOR THE PROJECT THROUGH THE ONE TIME STRATEGIC COMMUNITY INVESTMENT FUND FROM THE STATE OF OHIO. UM, AND WE HAVE RECEIVED THAT GRANT FUNDING PAYMENT FROM THE STATE OF OHIO IN OCTOBER OF 2024. SO WE ALREADY HAVE ALL OF THAT, THAT FUNDING. CURRENTLY ON JULY 1ST, 2025 CITY COUNCIL ADOPTED ORDINANCES 28 DASH 25 AND 29 DASH 25, WHICH AUTHORIZED THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AND ACCEPT NECESSARY CONVEYANCE DOCUMENTS AND CONTRACTS TO ACQUIRE PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT FROM THE PROPERTY AT 55 84 BRAND ROAD FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC UTILITIES. AND TO ACQUIRE TEMPORARY EASEMENT FROM THE SAME PROPERTY OWNER FOR CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS FOR THE PROJECT STAFF CONDUCTED A COMPETITIVE BID PROCESS FOR THE PROJECT. THE PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE 2025 TO 2029 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM AND THE AMOUNT OF $570,000 FOR THE ARLINGTON PARK DRAINAGE BASIN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT. THE ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE FOR THE PROJECT IS $595,000. ON AUGUST 6TH, 2025, FIVE BIDS WERE RECEIVED AND PUBLICLY OPENED. MR. EXCAVATORS SUBMITTED THE LOWEST AND BEST BID OF $594,911 AND 50 CENTS. THE STAFF ANTICIPATES BEING ABLE TO COVER THE ADDITIONAL PROJECT COSTS USING OTHER UNENCUMBERED BUDGETED FUNDS IN THE CIP AND REALLY THE DIFFERENCE IN COST THERE FROM WHAT WE HAD BUDGETED IN OUR CIP TO WHAT THE ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE IS. AND ULTIMATELY WHAT THE BID CAME IN IS THAT THERE WAS SOME ADDITIONAL WORK ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BRAND ROAD THAT WASN'T ORIGINALLY ANTICIPATED. WE REALLY, AS WE LOOKED AT IT MORE IN DESIGN, REALIZED WE DIDN'T WANT NORTH FORK INDIAN RUN AS THAT WATER LEVEL WOULD COME UP WOULD BASICALLY SPILL DOWN INTO THE PEDESTRIAN TUNNEL. SO THAT WAS THE MAIN REASON WHY THERE WAS A BIT OF [00:35:01] A COST DIFFERENCE THERE. BUT REGARDLESS, STAFF ANTICIPATES BEING ABLE TO COVER THAT ADDITIONAL COST, UM, USE USING UNENCUMBERED FUNDS IN THE CIP. UH, THE PROJECT IS EXPECTED TO COMMENCE UPON THIS BID ACCEPTANCE AND SUBSEQUENT CONTRACT EXECUTION AND SHALL BE COMPLETED BY MAY 1ST, 2026. SO, UM, WE WERE PUT ON THAT IN THE SPRING. SO IT'S KIND OF FUN THAT WE THINK PEOPLE WILL HOPEFULLY BE GOING OVER THE NEXT TWO YEARS LOOKING AT THE TRAIL. SO SOME OF THE SIGNATURE ACTIVITIES THAT STAFF IS PLANNING ON DOING IN WITH THE CITY OF DUBLIN IS FIRST THERE'S A STATEWIDE, UM, PROGRAM CALLED THE OHIO HOMECOMING AND PICNIC. IT'S ACTUALLY, UM, SPONSORED IN THE STATE BY CENOVUS. AND UM, SO THEY'VE GOTTEN INVOLVED IN IT QUITE A BIT AND THE SUPPORT FROM THE STATE IS GOING TO BE HELPING PROMOTE THE DIFFERENT THINGS. THEY'RE PROBABLY GONNA BE PROVIDING SOME MARKETING AND, AND MAYBE SOME PRODUCTS THAT WE CAN USE AT THE EVENT. SO WE KNOW WE ALREADY HAVE A GREAT COMMUNITY PICNIC AT MEMORIAL DAY. SO WE'RE REALLY TRYING TO PUT IT IN ANYTHING THAT WE CAN THINK OF THAT MAKES SENSE. UM, OBVIOUSLY THE, THE DUBLIN HISTORY BOOK WE KNOW, BELIEVE IT OR NOT, IS 20 PLUS YEARS OLD AND A LOT HAS HAPPENED IN THOSE 20 YEARS. UH, SO WE'VE TALKED, UM, ABOUT UPDATING THE HISTORY BOOK. SO WE'RE NOT NECESSARILY GONNA PUT OUT A WHOLE NEW BOOK, BUT THERE'S A SUPPLEMENT TO SAY, SO WHAT ARE THE THINGS FOR THAT HAPPENED IN THE LAST 20 YEARS? 'CAUSE WE DON'T WANNA BE IN THE POSITION WHERE 50 YEARS FROM NOW SOMEBODY, YOU KNOW, HAS TO GO BACK AND DO THAT RESEARCH FROM 2020 ON. SO WE WORKED WITH THE LIGHTING DESIGNERS TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE TWO LIGHTS ON THE BRIDGE. AND I DON'T KNOW HOW SUCCESSFUL IT WAS, BUT WE GOT TO PROMOTE THAT WE WERE, WE'RE HELPING THE NATIONWIDE CELEBRATION, UM, OF THAT. BUT, YOU KNOW, I THINK THOSE, THE, IT'S GONNA BE HISTORY MOMENTS LIKE THAT GOING FORWARD. FOR BACKGROUND, THE TOPIC OF FOOD TRUCKS HAS BEEN ONGOING WITH STAFF SINCE 2012. KEY CONCERNS THAT HAVE BEEN DISCUSSED HAVE BEEN LATE NIGHT DISTURBANCES, PROXIMITY TO RESTAURANTS, OTHER FOOD TRUCKS, CONGESTION, NOISE, ODOR, AND WASTE. SO CURRENTLY, UH, FOOD TRUCK OPERATE, FOOD TRUCKS CURRENTLY OPERATE IN THE CITY IN SEVERAL WAYS, INCLUDING PERMITTED EVENTS THROUGH THE CITY, UH, CITY SPONSORED EVENTS AND PROGRAMS IN THE HISTORIC DISTRICT DESIGNATED AND ON STREET PARKING SPACES. UM, THOSE WOULD BE SUCH AS, UM, RIGHT NEXT TO RIVERSIDE CROSSING PARK. AND I KNOW [01:00:01] THAT I'VE RECEIVED, UM, SEVERAL INQUIRIES FROM COUNCIL ABOUT THIS TOPIC AS WELL. WE ARE SEEING A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN THE USE OF THESE TYPES OF DEVICES BY MANY OF OUR RESIDENTS, INCLUDING THE YOUTH. AND THAT HAS LED TO ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS REGARDING OUR REGULATIONS AND HOW UM, THE VARIOUS DEVICES ARE EXPECTED TO OPERATE IN DUBLIN STAFF'S, CONDUCTING BENCHMARKING TO UNDERSTAND WHAT OUR NEIGHBORING COMMUNITIES ARE DOING IN THE CENTRAL OHIO REGION WITH REGARD TO THIS TOPIC TO ENSURE THAT WE KNOW HOW THE REGION IS HANDLING THIS ISSUE. IN ADDITION, WE HAVE A CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAM OF STAFF INCLUDING POLICE, LEGAL, TRANSPORTATION AND MOBILITY AND COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING, ALL COLLABORATING TO REVIEW OUR CURRENT CODE AS WELL AS TO DRAFT, UM, SOME CODE AMENDMENTS. IN THE MEANTIME, I DO RECOMMEND THAT CITY COUNCIL REFER THE TOPIC OF MICRO MOBILITY DEVICES AND REGULATIONS TO THE PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE SO WE CAN HAVE SOME FURTHER DISCUSSION PRIOR TO BRINGING RECOMMENDATIONS BACK TO COUNCIL. AT THE JULY COUNCIL MEETING, STAFF HAS BEEN IN DISCUSSIONS WITH CHRIS KINDLE, MARK CONSULTING, LLC, WHICH WAS FORMALLY REFERRED TO AS MARKETPLACE CONSULTING. THAT WAS THE NAME DURING THE COMPETITIVE SELECTION PROCESS THAT COUNCIL HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY AWARE OF. UM, SO WE'VE BEEN IN CONVERSATIONS WITH CHRIS KENDALL, MARK CONSULTING TO OPERATE A TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN STYLE CHRISTMAS MARKET IN DUBLIN. THE OPERATOR HAS CHANGED SEVERAL SUBSTANTIVE TERMS IN HER RFP RESPONSE AND THE FEASIBILITY STUDY, INCLUDING THE FINANCIAL MODEL BRANDING, VENDOR SELECTION REPORTING, AND TERM OF THE AGREEMENT. SO WHILE THESE CHANGES HAVE ADDED SOME COMPLEXITY TO THE NEGOTIATIONS AND IT'S LENGTHENED THE PRO PROCESS OF THE NEGOTIATIONS, WE DO STILL ANTICIPATE HAVING AN AGREEMENT FINALIZED IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS.
