UM, ONE IS, UH, OBVIOUSLY MEETING DATES, WHICH WE'RE, WE'RE GOOD WITH.

UM, IF THERE COMES ANYTIME THIS YEAR WHERE THERE'S A MEETING WHERE WE DON'T HAVE QUORUM AND WE ARE AWARE OF THAT, UM, WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TRY AND FIND ANOTHER DATE WITH THIS.

OBVIOUSLY WE HAVE OTHER MEETINGS WE NEED TO WORK AROUND, BUT, UM, THE KEY IS GETTING QUORUM FOR THOSE.

SO IF THERE ARE DAYS WHERE YOU KNOW, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AHEAD OF TIME.

UM, AND IF SOMETHING, UH, ALIGNS WHERE WE HAVE THREE THAT ARE NOT GONNA BE HERE, THEN WE WILL WORK TO, TO GET THAT RESCHEDULED.

UM, SECOND IS WE ARE ALSO MAKING SOME IT CHANGES.

SO IF YOU'VE HAD ANY ISSUES, UH, GETTING INTO, UH, YOUR ONEDRIVE AND ACCESSING THE MATERIALS, ACCESSING EMAILS, UM, WORKING WITH IT TO GET THAT SORTED OUT CURRENTLY AS WE'VE HAD SOME ISSUES ELSEWHERE.

UH, AND THEN LAST, I BELIEVE BACK IN OCTOBER, CITY COUNCIL APPROVED NEW RULES AND REGS FOR EACH OF THE BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS.

MOST OF IT WAS AROUND ATTENDANCE AND MEETINGS.

UH, IF THAT HAS NOT BEEN CIRCULATED TO EVERYONE, I'LL MAKE SURE TO GET THAT SENT OUT TOMORROW MORNING.

UH, SO LOOK FOR THAT IN YOUR EMAIL, BUT IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THAT, FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT TO US OR YOUR COUNCIL REP.
